1. Introduction

At Mimi Games, your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to providing a safe and secure gaming experience for all users. Mimi Games does not have direct access to or control over this data; it is handled by each respective third-party network in accordance with their individual Privacy Policies. For users under 16 years of age, or where applicable by law, only non-personalized ads will be shown.

Our game may also collect limited diagnostic and performance-related data (such as crash logs, app install details, and performance parameters). This information is used solely for monitoring app performance, diagnosing crashes, and improving stability and user experience.

Game preferences (such as volume settings, progress level, and XP) are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us or to third parties. If cloud-saving is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Please note: Some anonymous technical data (such as ANRs, crash reports, session length, cold/warm starts, and general installation details like country of install) may be automatically collected by Google Play Console. This data is anonymized, does not contain personally identifiable information, and is used only for app functionality and analytics purposes (e.g., performance monitoring, diagnostics, and improvements).

In summary, Mimi Games works with established third-party SDKs for advertising and analytics. These partners may collect anonymous data such as device identifiers, IP addresses, or ad interactions. Unity Analytics, and Firebase (including Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, and database services) are used in our games to track user interactions in the app just to provide better user experience. Mimi Games explicitly does not collect any personal or sensitive data from users directly.

Advertising and Third-Party SDKs

Our games use multiple advertising SDKs to serve ads and support monetization. These include Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay (IronSource), Unity Ads, and InMobi, among other ad networks via mediation. To provide a functional and free-to-play experience, we partner with these trusted third-party vendors. Each vendor processes data under their own privacy policy (see Section 4 below).

1. Data Collection by Advertising SDKs

When you play our game, the advertisement SDK may automatically collect and process certain information, including:

  • Advertising Identifiers: Such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID) or iOS ID for Advertisers (IDFA).

Additional Data Collected for Advertising Purposes

When ads are displayed, our advertising partners (such as Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and InMobi) may collect the following information:

  • Device Identifiers: The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects identifiers like the Android Advertising ID (AAID) or ID for Advertisers (IDFA) to track user preferences.

  • Health or fitness information
  • Personal communications, in-game chats, message, or voice chats within the game

Important: This data collection is anonymous and does not include personally identifiable information. 3. Purpose of Data Collection

The data collected through Google AdMob, Google Play Console, Google Analytics, Firebase and Unity Analytics is used for advertisements and analytics purposes. This helps us ensure the app works smoothly across different devices and operating systems with personalized and non-personalized ads and to track users ingame interactions.

Mimi Games respects user choices and only uses personalized ads if consent is provided. Users under 16 years of age will always see non-personalized ads.

Specifically, the data is used for:

  • Ad Personalization – To serve ads that are relevant to your interests and gaming habits based on your prior interactions with this and other apps.

4. In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing

4.1 Digital Purchase Disclosures

Some of our apps and games offer optional digital purchases (such as virtual currencies, cosmetic items, remove-ads upgrades, or other premium content). All such transactions are processed exclusively through the Google Play Billing API. At no point does Mimi Games access, store, or transmit your raw payment credentials (e.g., credit card numbers, bank account details, or Google Pay tokens). Payment processing, authentication, and final charge authorisation are handled entirely by Google in accordance with the Google Payments Privacy Notice and Google Play Terms of Service.

4.2 Data Collected for Purchases

When you initiate or complete an in-app purchase, the following categories of data are generated and processed to fulfil the digital product and prevent fraud:

  • Transaction Details: A Google-issued purchase token, Order ID, product SKU/ID, and purchase timestamp generated by the Google Play Billing API for each successful transaction.
  • Purchase History: A record of which digital products have been purchased on a given installation so that entitlements (e.g., unlocked content, restored purchases) can be granted correctly.
  • Device Parameters: Technical identifiers provided by the Google Play Billing API (such as the device's Android version, Play Store version, and network state at the time of the transaction) used solely to validate receipts and detect anomalous or fraudulent purchase patterns.
  • Acknowledgement & Consumption Status: Whether a consumable product has been consumed or a non-consumable product has been acknowledged, to prevent duplicate grants and accidental refund loops.

Mimi Games does not collect your name, billing address, payment method, or any other personally identifiable financial information as part of this process. All sensitive payment data is processed and stored by Google Play and is governed solely by Google's policies.

4.3 Purpose of Purchase Data

Purchase-related data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Product Fulfilment: To unlock, grant, or restore the digital item(s) the user purchased.
  • Fraud Prevention & Security: To verify purchase authenticity via server-side receipt validation against the Google Play Developer API, detect unusual transaction patterns, and prevent unauthorised access to premium content.
  • Customer Support: To assist users who report missing purchases or request refunds.
  • Legal & Financial Compliance: To satisfy accounting, tax, and consumer-protection legal obligations.

4.4 Retention of Purchase Data

Purchase tokens and associated transaction records are retained for as long as the user's app installation (or linked account, if applicable) remains active. This is necessary to:

  • Continuously validate entitlements and prevent fraudulent re-use of consumed tokens.
  • Enable purchase restoration if the user reinstalls the app or switches devices.
  • Maintain records required by applicable financial and consumer-protection regulations.

Upon uninstalling the app or submitting a verified data-deletion request to developer@mimigames.games, locally cached purchase tokens are erased. Any server-side transaction records are deleted within 30 days of a valid deletion request, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, which are kept for up to 7 years as mandated by applicable regulations).

4.5 Children's Policy Note — Billing Compliance (COPPA & Google Families Policy)

Mimi Games' primary audience for its games is users aged 16 and above. However, to the extent that any Mimi Games title is made available to, or could be accessed by, children under the age of 13, the following safeguards are applied to the billing system:

  • COPPA Compliance: The Google Play Billing integration complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in connection with any purchase transaction.
  • Google Families Policy Compliance: Where a game is tagged under Google Play's Families Policy, all in-app purchase flows adhere to the Google Play Families Policy requirements, including the requirement that purchases by users under 18 require explicit parental/guardian approval.
  • Parental Permission Requirement: Where our game is accessible to children under 13, in-app purchases are gated behind Google Play's built-in parental-consent mechanism (Parental Controls → Require Authentication for Purchases). Mimi Games does not implement any alternative checkout flow that bypasses this requirement.
  • No Targeted Marketing to Children: Purchase prompts and promotional offers are never targeted at users who have been identified as children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about an in-app purchase made by a child, please contact Google Play Support for refund assistance and contact us at developer@mimigames.games so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

4.6 User Controls — Restore, Cancel & Refunds

You have the following controls over in-app purchases and subscriptions at any time:

  • Restore Purchases: Non-consumable items and entitlements can be restored at any time. Open the game and use the in-game Restore Purchases option (if available), or simply sign in with the same Google account on a new device — Google Play Billing will automatically re-grant your entitlements.
  • Manage Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a recurring subscription through our game, it will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To view, pause, or cancel a subscription before the next renewal date, open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions, then select the relevant title and tap Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you will not be charged again after that date.
  • Request a Refund: Refund eligibility and processing are governed entirely by Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund, visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, find the relevant order, and select Request a refund. For further assistance contact us at developer@mimigames.games.
  • Delete Purchase History from Google: Your order history and transaction records held by Google can be reviewed at myaccount.google.com/payments-and-subscriptions. For deletion of records from Mimi Games' systems, submit a request to developer@mimigames.games and we will respond within 30 days.

4.7 Legal Basis, Data Sharing Restrictions & Data Safety

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions subject to GDPR or equivalent data-protection law, Mimi Games processes purchase-related data on the following legal bases:

  • Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing of purchase tokens, Order IDs, and entitlement records is necessary to perform the contract with you — i.e., to deliver the digital product or service you paid for and to honour your entitlements going forward.
  • Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Fraud detection, receipt validation, and duplicate-grant prevention are carried out on the basis of Mimi Games' legitimate interest in maintaining the integrity of its products and protecting both the business and honest players from fraudulent activity.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Retention of financial and tax records for up to 7 years is carried out to comply with applicable accounting and tax law.

Purchase Data Is Never Sold or Shared for Advertising

Mimi Games does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose purchase transaction data (including purchase tokens, Order IDs, or entitlement records) to any third party for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than those explicitly listed in §4.3 above. Purchase data is never shared with our advertising partners (AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, InMobi, etc.) and is not used to build advertising profiles.

Google Play Data Safety Form

In addition to this Privacy Policy, Mimi Games maintains a Google Play Data Safety Form for each published app. That form declares, in the format required by Google, exactly which data types are collected, whether they are shared with third parties, whether they are optional, and how they are used. The Data Safety section is visible on each app's Google Play Store listing. This Privacy Policy and the Data Safety Form are kept in sync; if there is any apparent conflict, this Privacy Policy governs.

Push Notifications

We may send push notifications to your device for game updates, promotions, and other relevant messages—only if you have agreed to receive them.

You can turn off push notifications at any time by adjusting your device's notification settings:

  • Android: Settings > Apps > [Game Name] > Notifications > Turn off.
  • iOS: Settings > Notifications > [Game Name] > Allow Notifications > Off.

Push notifications may be powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). FCM does not use notification data for advertising purposes. For more details, see the Firebase Privacy Policy.

6. Google Play Games Services (GPGS)

Some of our games integrate Google Play Games Services (GPGS), a social gaming platform operated by Google LLC. When a player signs in to GPGS within our game, certain data is transmitted to Google's infrastructure to power leaderboards, achievements, and cross-device progress saving. This section explains exactly what data is shared, why, and how players can manage or delete it.

6.1 Data Collected & Transmitted to Google Play Games Services

When a player authenticates with Google Play Games Services inside our game, the following data is transmitted to or processed by Google LLC:

  • Google Play Games Player ID: A unique pseudonymous identifier assigned by Google to the player's Google Play Games account. This ID is used to associate leaderboard entries, achievement progress, and game-state data with the correct player profile.
  • Game Progress Metrics: Incremental achievement progress (e.g., step counters toward multi-step achievements), unlocked achievement IDs, and in-game milestone flags are submitted to the GPGS API so that achievement data is synchronised across sessions and devices.
  • High Scores (Leaderboards): A player's best score for each leaderboard-enabled game mode is submitted to Google's leaderboard infrastructure so it can be ranked and displayed publicly (or within a friends list, depending on the player's privacy settings).
  • Game State / Saved Progress: Where cloud-save is enabled, gameplay state (such as completed levels, unlocked items, and settings) may be stored via the GPGS Saved Games API to allow players to resume progress after reinstalling or switching devices.
  • Display Name & Avatar: The player's chosen Google Play Games display name and avatar image (as set in their Google Play Games profile) may be retrieved and shown inside the game's UI for personalisation purposes. Mimi Games does not store this data on its own servers.

This integration is powered by Google LLC (Google Play Services). All data transmitted through GPGS is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Games Services Terms of Service. Mimi Games does not control or have independent access to the underlying personal data held in a player's Google Account.

6.2 Purpose of Processing

Data transmitted to Google Play Games Services is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Social Gaming Features: Displaying the player's high scores on public or friends-only leaderboards, unlocking and syncing achievements (including incremental multi-step achievements), and rewarding Google Play Games profile XP for in-game accomplishments.
  • Cross-Device Progress Saving: Storing incremental game progress so that players retain their achievements, scores, and game state if they switch devices, reinstall the app, or log in on a different Android device.
  • Player Identity & Personalisation: Associating in-game actions with the correct GPGS Player ID to ensure accurate leaderboard ranking and achievement attribution.

Mimi Games does not use GPGS data for advertising targeting, profiling, or any purpose beyond the social gaming features described above.

6.3 User Control & Data Deletion

Players have full control over their Google Play Games profile and the data associated with it. You can manage or delete your data at any time using the following methods:

  • Manage Profile Visibility: Open the Google Play Games app → Profile → Settings to control whether your display name and scores are visible publicly, to friends only, or only to you.
  • Opt Out of Leaderboards: Within the Google Play Games app → Settings, you can disable leaderboard participation so your scores are no longer visible to other players.
  • Delete Google Play Games Profile Data: Open the Google Play Games app → Profile icon → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data. This permanently removes your GPGS profile, leaderboard entries, achievement records, and cloud-saved game data from Google's servers.
  • Sign Out: You can sign out of Google Play Games at any time from within the game's settings menu. After signing out, no further data will be transmitted to GPGS from that session.
  • Google Account Data Request: For a full export or deletion of data held in your Google Account (including GPGS data), visit myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

If you have concerns about GPGS data that you cannot resolve through the methods above, please contact us at developer@mimigames.games and we will assist where possible.

7. Data Sharing

Our advertising partners (including Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and InMobi) collect diagnostic user data like device information, location from IP, and advertising IDs for advertisement delivery and measurement.

The limited diagnostic and anonymous performance data (such as crash logs and device information) is collected automatically by trusted services like Google Play Console, Google AdMob, Firebase and Unity Analytics for the sole purpose of advertisement, app performance monitoring and crash reporting.

✅ Data is collected for advertising, marketing, or personalization by our advertising partners (including Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and InMobi) automatically.
✅ No personal or sensitive data is ever collected or transmitted.
✅ Data remains anonymous and is used only to improve stability and user experience.

Mimi Games remains the Data Controller. Google and Unity act as Data Processors. For in-app purchases specifically, Google Play acts as the Merchant of Record and processes all payment data under its own policies; Mimi Games receives only anonymised transaction confirmation data (purchase tokens, Order IDs) as described in Section 4.

8. Children's Privacy

Our game is intended for users aged 16 and above and is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share any personal or sensitive information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has accessed our game and provided any personal data, please contact us immediately at developer@mimigames.games. We will review the situation and take appropriate action, including deleting any such information if it exists.

Age Restriction Disclaimer

This game is intended for users aged 16 and above. It is not designed for children under 13 years of age. By downloading and playing this game, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

Children’s Privacy and Ads

Our game is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where applicable by law, only non-personalized ads will be shown to children to comply with COPPA and other regulations.

9. Security Measures

We take data security seriously and follow secure development practices to minimize risks of data leakage or vulnerabilities.

For advertising data, all information collected by our advertising partners is handled securely by each respective provider in accordance with their own privacy and security policies. Mimi Games does not directly access or store any personal information collected for ads.

All diagnostic and performance data transmitted from your device is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect collected data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Since our app only collects limited diagnostic data, no personal or sensitive user information is at risk.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

Mimi Games (developed by Muhammad Ahsen) does not use user accounts or store personal data on our servers, ensuring your gameplay remains safe and anonymous. Most data collected by our third-party partners (such as AdMob or InMobi) is linked only to your device's Advertising ID; you can delete this data yourself at any time by opening your Android device Settings, navigate to Google > Ads, and tapping "Delete advertising ID."

Activity data collected by Firebase and Unity Analytics is used anonymously to improve gameplay; to stop this collection and delete associated identifiers, please clear your app cache or reset your Advertising ID. Similarly, technical data like crash logs are collected to improve stability and, because they are not linked to a specific identity, they are automatically purged by our service providers according to their standard 90-day retention policies.

Purchase Token Retention

Purchase tokens and transaction records generated via the Google Play Billing API are retained and validated for as long as the user's app installation or linked account remains active. Continuous validation is necessary to maintain entitlements (e.g., unlocked content, subscriptions) and prevent fraudulent re-use of consumed tokens. Upon verified account or app deletion:

  • Locally cached purchase tokens are erased immediately upon app uninstall.
  • Any server-side transaction records held by Mimi Games are deleted within 30 days of receiving a verified data-deletion request.
  • Financial records (Order IDs, amounts) required for tax or accounting purposes are retained for up to 7 years as mandated by applicable law, after which they are permanently deleted.

Specific Inquiry: If you have a specific inquiry regarding data handling or wish to make a formal data deletion request, please contact us at developer@mimigames.games, and we will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. This comprehensive approach ensures transparency and compliance with Google Play Console Data Safety policies regarding user data and retention.

11. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data. You may also opt-out of personalized advertising at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the email provided in contact section.

Under data protection laws you may still exercise the following rights regarding information processed by us or our processors:

  • Right of Access – Request to know what information is collected about you.
  • Right to Rectification – Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”) – Request deletion of data, where applicable.
  • Right to Restrict Processing – Request limitations on how your data is processed.
  • Right to Data Portability – Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object – Object to processing where applicable.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint – File a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

📌 Since collected data and performance data is handled by Google Play Console, Google AdMob, Unity Analytics, Firebase, InMobi, and other integrated third-party SDKs, users should refer to their respective privacy policies for detailed instructions. Key references:

You may also contact us at developer@mimigames.games for guidance on exercising these rights.

12. How We Keep Your Data Safe

Mimi Games does not collect or store any personal or sensitive user information. Therefore, no personal data is subject to additional processing, storage, or protection requirements. Advertisement-related data and Analytics data is also encrypted and transmitted safely. For a detailed understanding of data handling and safety, consult the Google AdMob privacy policy, Unity Analytics privacy policy, Firebase privacy policy, IronSource / LevelPlay privacy policy, and InMobi privacy policy.

For the limited diagnostic and performance information automatically collected (such as crash reports and app performance data), the data is:

  • Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Processed securely according to industry-standard practices.
  • Handled only for technical purposes such as app stability, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

We continuously follow secure development practices to help prevent unintended data leakage or vulnerabilities.
